There is no entry ban for less than three months, but after three months the entry ban is as follows:

• Illegal stay from 3 to 6 months, one month entry ban
• Illegal stay from 6 months to 1 year, 3 months entry ban
• Illegal stay from 1 to 2 years, 1 year entry ban
• Illegal stay from 2 to 3 years, 2 years entry ban
• Illegal stay over 3 years, 5 years entry ban
